At AuraClean, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be substantially unused and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we may not accept returns of products that have been extensively used, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective; or
  • We shipped the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
